First A Little About Esti & Co.
Established in 2018, Esti & Co. is a clothing retail company that currently sells female clothing and accessories to young females across the island of Jamaica. Our target market consists of females between the ages of 18-35 years old across the island. The company began when the CEO saw a niche market for affordable and stylish clothing and accessories for special occasions, weekend events and vacations. Three years later our company has forged many bonds, especially with our customers along the western side of Jamaica.
With growth comes change, and Esti & Co. has grown, catering to a wider client audience with an appetite for diversity. We have migrated from a clothing & retail into the retail of cosmetics, fashion and accessories. We have provided a platform for Jamaican small businesses to expand their client base and capitalize on an opportunity to showcase their products and services.
Our website consists of 100% Jamaican small businesses, most of which produce 100% Jamaican made Items. Products include but are not limited to makeup items, clothing, lingerie, purses, shoes, handbags, Soaps, Skincare Items, perfumes & colognes.
Our vision is to create an all rounded shopping experience for items necessary for everyday elegance.
Our Proposal To Your Company
Consignment & Company Fulfillment .
Esti & Co. will procure products from you the vendor on consignment once a wholesale price can be agreed upon.
Once the products are sold, proceeds of sale will be paid over to the vendor on net thirty (30) days credit terms.
In consignment, an arrangement is made between owners and third parties (consignees), where consignees agree to sell the venders’ goods for a commission. Most typically, these commissions are a flat fee or a percentage of the sale. Your company will also gain additional benefits such as paid marketing and delivery services provided by Esti & Co. or its subcontractors.
Product performance assessments are made every 60 days. Should a product underperform in sales, Esti & Co. reserves the right to discontinue the sale of such product(s). Delivery of the product to the customer can either be done by the vendor or by Esit & Co. Courier at an additional cost (see Shipping & Packaging)
Shipping & Packaging
Shipping is available for sold items via our contracted, trusted courier Milestone Logistics. Shipping cost varies by destination and is calculated and applied upon customer checkout.
Each supplier has the right to use their own packaging, if your company already provides packaging Esti & Co. will not make changes. If your company does not have packaging, your package will be delivered in Esti & Co. branded packaging. Eg an Esti & Co. branded tote bag
Product Approval
All items must be submitted for approval to Esti & Co. Approval of a product can take 3-5 business days. Esti & Co. reserves the rights to decline any product without reason or justification. Esti & Co. will not be held liable for any damages, injury (bodily or otherwise), loss (financially or otherwise) incurred by the vendor or passed on to consumers.
Delivery for Out of Parish Vendors
Items will be sent to Esti & Co. by the vendor once sale is completed. If you are outside of Montego Bay all necessary transportation costs to montego bay eg. sending the product via Knutsford Express, must be covered by you the vendor. All packages will be delivered to the customers using our third party logistics company; Milestone Logistics.
Product Photography
Each company is required to provide Esti & Co. with quality photography of the products being sold. All photography must be approved by Esti & Co. If the company is unable to provide product photography Esti & Co. can facilitate a product photoshoot at an additional cost.
Marketing
Esti & Co. conducts all marketing, digital and overwise. Esti & Co. reserves the right to market all products being sold on our website as “available at Esti & Co.” Esti & Co. does not have any obligation to mention, #hashtag or @ any third party vendor, personally or by business name and does so at its own discretion. All marketing will be approved and paid for by Esti & Co.
